She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elijah Vester and Mable Roberts Pirtle; her husband John Elliott of Dexter; her children, Casey Atkins of Murray, Teneill Elloitt of Portage, IN and Clayton Elliott (Jessica) of Ocala, FL; her siblings, Bill Pirtle (Fay), Elijah Pirtle (Kay) of Charlotte, NC, Mable Powell (Billy) of Gallatin, TN and Jeanne Whitesail (Hank) of New Concord, KY; her nieces, Tonya Pirtle, Christy Pirtle, Angie Whitesail and Kim Winchester; and her grandchildren, Corey Vandyke and Sadie Vandyke.
