She was predeceased by: her husband Jack D. Colson; her siblings, Anna Mae Futrell Justus, Hallean Futrell, Robert Futrell, Leon Futrell and Ted Futrell; and her nephews, Charles Futrell (Prentie) and Michael Futrell.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Georgia May Garland of Dexter, Ella Ann Colbert of Alexandria, Viginia, Barbara Sue Said (Jason), Ann Futrell of Owensboro, Jimmy Futrell (Wendy) of Cadiz, Don Futrell (Debra) of Murray and Buck Futrell of Dexter; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Teresa Mabe, Joanna Futrell, Allysia Tabers, Emily Fike, Megan Dowdy, Jonelle Futrell, Allie Said, Greg Garland, Robert Garland, Jeremy Futrell, Zachary Futrell, Vince Futrell and Austin Said.
