He is survived by : his parents, James Estill and Debbie Hall Lewis of Denton, Kentucky.; his grandmother Della Lewis of Emerson, Kentucky; his siblings, James Travis Lewis of Denton, Kentucky, Marie Porter (Chris) of Denton and Tammie Marshall (Mike) of Grayson, Kentucky; his aunt Barb Johnson; his nephew Drew Porter; his niece Makenzie Sparks (Cole); and his great-nephews, Mason and Parker Sparks. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
