She is survived by: her children, Bill Lane (Mickey) of Wellington, KY, Jason Fugett of Denniston, Samantha Ferrell (Andrew) of Frenchburg, KY, Melanie Butler (Jeremy) of Frenchburg, KY, Tiffany Cooper (Hammer) of Garrison, KY and Paula Johnson (Eddie) of Frenchburg, KY; her sisters, Phyllis Walker of Ezel, KY and Terri Lawson of Glasgow, KY; her grandchildren, Makenzie Butler, Haylee Butler, Shawn Brennan and Samantha Stull; her great grandchildren, Miley Stull and Makenleigh Spence; her nephew Michael Bush (Debra); and her nieces, Lee Ann Cody, Cortney Houchens and Megan Weissbach.
