She was predeceased by: her parents, Corbett Botts and Edna Yocum Botts. She is survived by: her husband Richard Ballard; and her siblings, Lodema Cox and Earl Ray. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces & nephews.
