He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bill" Winfred and Ida Mae; and his sister Geraldine Smith. He is survived by: his wife Arvella; his daughter Darice Mullins-Beemon (Thomas); and his brother Clayton Kent Mullins (Luzie).
