She was predeceased by: her parents, Kniffin Spegal and Lena Vest Spegal; her children, Chester Wayne Brown and Virginia Annette Bowling; her siblings, Robert Spegal and Virginia Adams; and her husband Chester Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Deglow (Scott) and Patty Burgan (Brad). She is also survived by four grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the Leukemia fund of the Children's Hospital.
