He is survived by: his wife Minnie Plummer Turner; his children, Angie Turner (Kim), Mike Turner (Vonetta) and Michelle Troutman (Kirk); and his grandchildren, Jessie, T. J., Travis, Andrew, Jarred, Katherine and Owen. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
