She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmon LaFollette and Nellie Donnley LaFollette; her husband Hayden Neal; her children, Debbie Shoemaker and Donald Ray Neal; and her siblings, Helen LaFollette and Ralph LaFollette.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Neal and Roger Neal; her brother Lester LaFollette; and her grandchildren, Erik, Merideth and Kenton Shoemaker.
