He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Catherine Lemming; his wife Grace Lucille Lemming; his son Robert Lemming; his granddaughter Brandy Grace; and his siblings, Marion Lemming, Warren Lemming, Robert Lemming, Marge Young, Barbara Kuhn, Esther Johnson and Benjamin Lemming.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Hampton (Barry), Jack Lemming, Jr. (Melissa) and John Lemming (Tracy); his stepson Nelson Lemming (Mary); his grandchildren, Jody Boyce, Tyler Hampton, Ashley Lemming, Ian Lemming (Rachel), Chaz Lemming and Garrett Lemming; and his great grandchildren, Peyton Lemming, Avery Lemming, Mya Boyce and Zayne Boyce. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
