She is survived by: her boyfriend Jeff Workman; her son David L. Whittle of Crittenden, KY; her siblings, Marvin Penn (Melissa) of Dry Ridge, KY and Linda Mounce (Damon) of Dry Ridge, KY; her sister-in-law Patty Penn of Crittenden, KY; and her granddaughter Natalie Gonzalez.
