He is survived by: his father Keith Johnson; his wife Kathleen Gadd Johnson; his children, Benjamin Johnson, Nicholas Johnson (Katrina Fanning), Ginger Gordon and Angela Hatton; his siblings, Steve Johnson (Laurie) and Lora Whaley (Alan); and his grandson Bowen Johnson. He is also survived by eight step grandchildren.
