She was predeceased by: her parents, Oakley Sammons (Evelyn Morris Layne) and Husband-Charles Sammons; and her siblings, James Edward Childers, Wendell Layne (Beulah), Arbie Layne (Betty) and Brenda Everidge (Henry).
She is survived by: her brother Gary Layne (Lorie); and her niece Lisa Allen (David).
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Wells Hospice Center.
