He is survived by: his wife Mildred McCoy Blackburn; his children, Sabrina Thompson (Aaron) of Pikeville, KY and Brandon Blackburn of Debord, KY; his grandchildren, Sydney and Lucy Thompson of Pikeville, KY.; his siblings, John Eddie Blackburn (Doris), Donald Blackburn (Greta), Phyllis Preece (Charles) and Betty Blackburn Chapman; and his sisters-in-law, Rose Mary Blackburn, Sharlene Blackburn, Rosa Faye Blackburn and Brenda Blackburn.
