He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Brown and Katie Blanton Brown; his wife Pauline Kelsey Brown; his son Jeffrey Roy Brown; and his siblings, Edward Brown, Tom Brown, Sylvia Brown, Jane Croghan and Eva Stanislawczyk.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Brown of Morehead and Paul Edward Brown (Rosa) of Ashland; and his sister-in-law Juanita Brown of Melbourne. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
