She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Kelsey and Nola Mae Caudill Kelsey; her siblings, Louise Fisher, Pauline Brown, John Kelsey, James Kelsey and Jackie Kelsey; and her close friend Pal Barker.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Johnson of Morehead; her brother Ernie Kelsey of Vanceburg; her grandchildren, Ben Heckman, Kris Cox and Sierra Boyd; and her great grandchildren, Maelorie Harper and Brooklyn Boyd. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
