He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Moore and Louise Crum Moore; and his sister Deborah Jarrett. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Kiefer Moore; his children, Elizabeth (Tracy Maynard), Michelle (Joe Thompson), Mary Moore, Samantha Moore-Mollett (Jeremy Mollett) and Alex (Brittany Bowen); his siblings, Dennis Moore (Jean) of Warfield, KY, Harold Moore of Debord, KY, Mike Moore (Shirley) of Tomahawk, KY, Bryan Moore of Debord, KY, Gretta Moore of Warfield, KY and Tonya Moore of Debord, KY; his brother-in-law James Jarrett; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne Patrick, Billy Strickland, Blake Patrick, Summer Strickland, Zoey Mollett, Jessica Moore (Jessie), Jeremey Mollet (JJ), Alexis Bowen, Isabella Moore, Brayden Maynard, Charlie Mollett, Waylon Moore, Bryar Maynard and Barrett Maynard.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with the purchase of his headstone.
