We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2021, at the age of 78, Charity McCoy of Debord, Kentucky, born in Martin, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ransom Bowen and Hazel Bowen; her husband Buck McCoy; her daughter Hazel Diane Bowen; her grandchildren, Michael Bowen and Courtney Jude; and her son-in-law John B. Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Norene Bowen (Bruce), Virgie Scott and Henry "Bert" McCoy; her grandsons, Bobby and Robby Scott; her brother Randle Bowen; and her grandchildren, Charity Harless (Tyler), Tammy Speakman (Clayton), Curtis Bowen (Kesha), Laura Speakman (Slugger), Rosanna Bowen (Tyler), Maddison Maynard (Matthew), Keona Bowen, Carley Bowen (Moe Moe), Nikki Bowen, Mason Funk (Tori), Jason Hall (Kathy) and Tiffany Preece (Greg). She is also survived by grandbabies and 2 great great grandbabies, as well as many nieces and nephews.
