It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kermit Quillen (Deane, Kentucky), who passed away on January 18, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Brack Quillen and Icey Kincer Quillen; and his siblings, Kimmel Quillen, Herman Quillen, Donnie Quillen and Lorraine Shepherd.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Quillen (Lora) of Whitesburg, Derek Baker (Holly) of Corbin, Teresa Lynn Quillen of Virgie and Tammy Taylor (Todd) of Deane; his siblings, D. H. Quillen of Jackhorn, Jean King of Jackhorn and Kaye Davis of Irwin, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Kevin, Tia, Mika, Talena, Kelli and Trevor; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Allie, Karsen, Shayleigh and Elijah.
