He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Turner and Shirley Turner. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Maggard; his children, Emma Marie Turner, Sabrina Rose Turner, John Jesse James Turner, BobbyEarl Maggard and DaisyMae Maggard; and his sister Lillie Wilson.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the East Dayton Baptist Church (1123 Third St., Dayton, KY 41074). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
