She is survived by: her children, Dan Vice, Mary Vice, Ann Koller (John) and Teresa Sparks (Tim); her grandchildren, Jimmy Vice (Jodi), Jennifer Miller (Gary), Danielle Turner (Tim), Eric Vice, Shaina Vice, Laura Evans (Marty), Stephanie Rickman (Russell), Kayla Raleigh (James), Andrea Ulreich (Chris), Samantha Barbre (Todd), Tim Sparks, Jr. (Aime), Tiffany Dalrymple (Troy), Laurie Hamilton and Larry Hamilton; her sister Carol Lynn; and her sisters-in-law, Aleen Herms and Jeanne Herms.
