It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roxanan Denise Rockey of Dayton, Kentucky, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Kise and Shirley; her brother Bobby Kise; and her grandsons, Jonathon and Jordan Rockey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Starr Rockey (Kristina), Robin Gallops (Gene) and Shirley Ghaffar (Michael); her sister Terrie Horner (John); her nephew John Haney (Michelle); her grandchildren, Nina, Chelsie (Chris), Shyla (Brandon), AJ, Chloe (Malachi) and Paige; and her great grandchildren, Steven, Deonna and Melody.
