He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Dieters and Delores Dieters (Bradford); and his brother William C. Dieters. He is survived by: his sister Pam Zepf (late Tom). He is also survived by niece, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Kentucky Veterans Program Trust Fund.
