He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Burgin and Frank Wade; and his brother Frank C. Wade. He is survived by: his son Jerry Curry; and his siblings, Tonya Gemmer (Steve), Ilean Brock (Larry), Roxanne O'Bryon (James), Vicki Wade, Angela Bennett and Mark Wade.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials are suggested in Roberts name to Protect 4 Paws in Wilder, KY.
