He was predeceased by: his mother Treva Jenkins; his brother Lynn Moorehead; and his stepson Wendell Scott Stamper. He is survived by: his wife Ivetta Moorehead; his sister Maxine Lowers (Neal); his grandchildren, Kendra McIntyre, Cory Rodeffer and Amber Rodeffer; his great grandchildren, Logan McIntyre and Averie Rodeffer; his daughter Michelle Bravard; his grandchildren, Sierra Stamper, Rachel Heindl (Mike), Brooke Bravard, Shelby Bravard (Mike) and Wade Stamper (Autumn); and his great grandchildren, Layla Heindl, Zoe Heindl, Arya Kinder and Timothy Davis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
