He is survived by: his children, Morgan Nicole Janett Walsh and Brady Andrew Walsh; his father Gerald "Jerry" Walsh of Dayton, KY; his sister Lori White (Rick) of California, KY; his goddaughter Kendall A. Wallace (Former Spouse); and his child Jen Walsh.
