We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2023, at the age of 58, Jerry Lee Sams Jr. of Dayton, Kentucky, born in Covington, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Sams; and his brother Billy Sams. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Sams (Don) and Stacy Myers (Andrew); his father Jerry Sams, Sr.; his grandchildren, Jazerae Stanley and Drake Myers; and his siblings, Joey Sams, Sr. (Melissa), Chris Sams (Brittany) and Tonia Sams. He is also survived by other family members and friends.

In loving memory of Jerry, contributions may be made to the Disabled Veterans Association.
