He is survived by: his wife Karen Osborne; his children, Delbert Osborne Jr. and Joccelyn Osborne; his grandchildren, Delbert Osborne III, Gabriel Osborne, Melody Osborne and Caiden Thomason; and his siblings, Roger Osborne and Zona Osborne. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
