He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Shores and Lillie Mae Shores (Williams); his wife Amy Shores (Thernes); and his son Francis Adam Hein. He is survived by: his children, Mary K. Brinker (Robert), Jeananne Collins (John) and Thomas Daniel Hein (Paula); his grandchildren, Zachary Hein Jack (Heather) and Amanda Hein; his great grandchild Charlotte Hein; and his siblings, Betty Gilbert, Linda Shores, Charles Shores (Shirley) and Andy Shores (Cynthia).
