He was predeceased by: his mother Wilma Lundy Maggard; and his stepfather Frank Maggard. He is survived by: his wife Oaklee Tribble Perkins; his children, Sandra Perkins and Aden Perkins; his sister Betty Ruth Drew; and his grandchild Novah Slusher. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
