He is survived by: his mother Manilla Howard Saylor (Tracy); his children, Charles Travis, Jonathan Waylon, Mercedes and Kayleeona; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Emmett and Garrett; his brother Jonathan Stamper (Janice); and his nieces and nephews, Alexis Stamper, Dakota Saylor, Manilla Saylor, Macy Saylor and Cameron Smiddy.
