He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Smith and Margaret Smith (Widner); his sister Carla Smith Banegas; his grandparents, Olen, Irma Smith, Donnie, Wilma Smith Hurt and Robert Widner; and his uncle Jerry Widner.
He is survived by: his children, Jeremy of Cumberland, KY, Ambrianna of Cumberland, KY and Ragan Smith of Cumberland, KY; and his nephew Bobby Smith (Buffy) of Wallins, KY. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
