He was predeceased by: his parents, William Prow and Pearl Skinner Prow. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Buchanan Ramsey Prow of Dawson Springs, KY; his sons, Todd Prow (Jill) of Dawson Springs, KY and Mark Evan Prow of Florida; his sister Sara Riley of Hartford, KY; his former wife Mary Ruth Prow; and his siblings, Evelyn Eversman and Ben Prow. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
