He was predeceased by: his father William Dewey Townzen; his wife Willadean Townzen; and his siblings, Norman Townzen and Jean Musgrove. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Smiley (Steve) of Dawson Springs, KY and Jeff Townzen (Ann) of Lexington, KY; and his grandchildren, Chadwick Townzen, Dawn Lombard, Jason Lyon and Amanda Stamm. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
