She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Crowell and Dixie Evelyn Brown Crowell; her husband Benny Boyd Hughes, Sr.; and her siblings, Ruby Harrison, Prue Malone, Mary Lou Winebarger and J. M. Crowell.
She is survived by: her sons, Benny Boyd Hughes, Jr., Brent Hughes (Melanie) and Brice Hughes (Heather); her grandchildren, Amber Desirae Epley (Justin), Connor Hughes, Bradley Byron Hughes, Benjamin Hughes and Ally Hughes; and her sisters, Joyce Barnhill (Donald), Dixie McWorthy and Sue Lofton (Laverne).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (960 Industrial Park Rd, Dawson Springs, KY 42408). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rosedale Cemetery Industrial Park.
