He is survived by: his son Jeremiah Fulcher; his grandchildren, Alyssa Shoulders and Michael Shoulders; his wife Ollie Joan Fulcher of Dawson Springs; his children, Melissa Shoulders of Olney, IL and Walter Fulcher, Jr. (Linda) of Dawson Springs; his sister Annamae Grisham of Evansville; his grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua Fulcher, Megan Shoulders, Brittany Shoulders and Kendall Crabtree; and his niece Susan Matthews. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
