She is survived by: her daughter Meryl Clements of Madisonville, KY; her children-in-law, Steve Clements of Madisonville, KY, Ralph Adams, Phyllis Adams of Tiline, KY, Winston, Day Adams of Dawson Springs, KY and Timothy; her brothers, Alvin Paul Hamby of Dawson Springs, KY and Olis Hamby of Hopkinsville, KY; and her sister-in-law Juanita Hamby of Hopkinsville, KY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
