He is survived by: his wife Betty Kaye Johnson Ladd of Dawson Springs, KY; his daughter Deonna Kaye Ladd Adams (Michael) of Dawson Springs, KY; his sister Ona Gayle Fraser of Clay, KY; his grandchildren, Joseph Deon Ladd and Regina Belle Adams; and his great grandchild Josephine Renee Adams.
