He is survived by: his wife Connie Owen Martin of White Plains, KY; his daughters, Cathy Tapp (John) of Nebo, Debbie Martin of Madisonville and Kendra Hook (Terry) of White Plains; and his siblings, Becky Nelson of Hanson, KY, Mary Nelson (Buddy) of Hanson, KY and Jerry Martin (Mary) of Kuttawa, KY. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
