She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Tanner and Susan Ellsworth Tanner; her husband Frank Edward Oakley; and her children, Mark Edward Oakley, Michael Joseph Oakley, Frank Edward Oakley Jr. and Suzanna Hancock.
She is survived by: her daughter Stacey Turner (Terry) of Dixon. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
