Campbell, KY; her brothers, Jodie Adams (Kami) of Madisonville, KY, L. C. Fields (Mitzi) of Dawson Springs, KY, Dewayne Fields of Hammond, IN and Ken Fields of Culver, IN; and her grandchildren, Jemmah McElvain and Journie McElvain.
