He was predeceased by: his parents, James Faulk and Margaret Lee Fowler Faulk; his wife Nona Lee Miles Faulk; his son Steve Alan Faulk; his siblings, Donnie Dickinson, James Fork, Wanda Alexander, Mae Simpson, Ruby Simpson, Barbara Raymer and Georgia Lee Webster; and his half-sister Katie Grace.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Michaela Stewart of Providence, KY; and his siblings, Bobby Faulk of Crofton, KY, Lonnie Dickinson (Sharon) of Clearmont, FL, Connie Graham (Willie) of Elkton, KY and Faye Crenshaw (Teddy) of Franklin, TN..
