She was predeceased by: her father Darrell Legate. She is survived by: her close friend David Botson of Dawson Springs, KY; and her children, Amanda Gail Burcham of Murray, KY and Blakely Taylor Baucum, III of Madisonville, KY. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
