It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Vaughn (Dawson Springs, Kentucky), who passed away on November 12, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph E. Lantrip and Ethel Messamore Lantrip. She is survived by: her husband William Vaughn of Dawson Springs, KY; her children, Donna Earl of St. Charles, KY, Mona Pettus of Hopkinsville, KY, Amy Franklin of St. Charles, KY and Rodney Vaughn of Crofton, KY; and her siblings, Dorothy Orton of Madisonville, KY, Mary Agnes Keys of Georgia and Jimmy Wayne Lantrip of Owensboro, KY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
