She is survived by: her sons, Turkey Baldwin (Jessie) of Dawson Springs and Jerome Baldwin (Cherish) of Madisonville; her mother Jonell Sprouse; and her siblings, Pam LaRoe, Pamela Blankenship, Terry Martin and Tony Shelton. She is also survived by several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
