She is survived by: her mother Anne Savage Gaskins (Westerman); her husband Billy Eckard; her children, Jamie Lapointe, Joline Savage, Jasmine Williams (Austin) and Ariel Etters; and her siblings, Patricia Savage, Duane Gaskins and Jobie Gaskins.
