He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Tolbert and Elizabeth Gatlin Tolbert; and his brother Michael Tolbert. He is survived by: his wife Marvalyn Menser Tolbert; and his sons, Todd (Kit Tolbert) and Brad (Michele Tolbert).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Beshear Funeral Home (201 N Main St, Dawson Springs, KY 42408). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rosedale Cemetery Industrial Park.
