He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard, Sr. Adamson and Anita Sherrill Adamson. He is survived by: his son Chris Adamson (Damara) of Dawson Springs; his siblings, Margaret Stakes of Branson, MO, Valerie Kotrc of Texas, Leonard Adamson, Jr. of Colorado, Mark Adamson of Texas and Robert Adamson of Maryland; and his grandson Aiden Adamson of Dawson Springs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
