He is survived by: his children, Melissa Jean Moore Wilm of Newburgh, IN and John Park Moore of Dawson Springs, KY; his grandchildren, Amber Moore Boucher (Jerry), Jonathon Chase Moore (Rihanna), Katie Moore (Doug) and Madeline Wilm; his great grandchildren, Braiden Boucher, Holden Boucher, Brantley Moore, Hunter Moore, Hutson Boucher, Beau Boucher, Laiken Boucher, Memphis Whitaker, Lainey Whitaker and Kayge Walker; and his close friends, Deward and Naomi Stallins.
