It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Dale Bruce (Dawson Springs, Kentucky), born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 11, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Dale Bruce and Louise Callie Steeley Knight; and his son Jim Bruce. He is survived by: his children, Kristy Gentry (Phillip) of Hopkinsville, KY, Macy Bruce of Bowling Green, KY, Caleb Bruce of Texas and Rykk Bruce (Samantha) of Ohio; his siblings, Deborah Oyston (Bruce) of Cookeville, TN, Nancy Bagby of Pembroke, KY, Thelma Camplin of Hopkinsville, KY, Tommy Bruce (Karen) of Hopkinsville, KY and Ben Bruce (Stephanie) of Leitchfield, KY.; and his grandsons, Jacob Mason, Alex Bruce and Jasper Bruce.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Beshear Funeral Home (201 N Main St, Dawson Springs, KY 42408). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
